Yumi Hamano is a Tokyo native visual artist, graphic designer and art director. With an extensive background as a creative director at ad agencies in Los Angeles and New York, Yumi has had the privilege of working with organizations such as Carnegie Hall, MoMA, The Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, and Bank of America. Yumi has also shared her expertise as an adjunct faculty member, encouraging students to explore their creative abilities at The School of Visual Arts and Pratt Institute in New York, as well as the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and Tokyo Visual Arts in Japan.
